We enter into secrecy agreements with customers for protection of data disclosed by them / to them.
Execute back to back secrecy agreements with staff and the information handling is done on a need-to-know basis.
Research reports and records are confidential and treated as restricted documents.
After our clients contact us to discuss their project needs, we prepare a scoping document and negotiate the time and cost.
We determine a search strategy and access vast patent databases to extract data. The data is consolidated and framed to answer their specific questions. Sample output is shared to ensure we are on the right track.
We use this data to provide visualizations and draft the report which is sent to the clients for their comments before we finalize it.
Depending on the size of the project, it could take as little as four weeks or as long as three months. We provide a time frame with our scoping document.
Our fees normally include all direct and indirect costs which are required to provide services. These costs include manpower, infrastructure, flat-fee based databases already subscribed by us, software, administrative costs, delivery to clients.
In addition to transaction based models, we also enter into long term contracts based on full-time equivalent (FTE) basis.
